Accessibility Statement

DRAFT — this statement is a placeholder pending owner input and qualified-counsel review before public launch; not final and not legal advice. Contact details, dates, and response times below are placeholders.

Dissolvi is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task, and we work to improve continually.

The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. We treat WCAG 2.2 AA as our target, and we measure our work against it.

What we have done

  • Built the site with meaningful HTML structure, page landmarks, and a logical heading order.
  • Provided text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for interactive controls.
  • Made the site operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a "skip to content" link.
  • Designed for readable color contrast and support for browser zoom up to 200%.
  • Respected the operating-system "reduce motion" setting for people sensitive to movement.
  • Used labeled form fields with clear error messages.

Accessibility tools on this site

We also provide an on-page Accessibility tools panel (the button in the lower-left corner) that lets you adjust text size, contrast, link visibility, font, motion, cursor size, and a reading guide. These tools are an aid that works alongside your own browser and device accessibility settings. They are a convenience, not a substitute for the accessibility built into the site itself, and using them is optional.

Ongoing effort and known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party content and services that we do not control (for example, embedded tools, payment processing, or externally linked pages) may not meet the same standards. Where we identify barriers, we prioritize and work to fix them. We review accessibility as part of our normal design and development process.

Tell us about a barrier — we want to hear from you

When you contact us, please describe the problem, the page or feature involved, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within [X business days] and to work with you toward a solution, including providing the information or transaction through an alternative method where needed.

Alternative ways to reach us

If any part of a purchase or interaction is not accessible to you, contact us and we will help you complete it. We are happy to assist by email or phone.

This statement describes our good-faith, ongoing accessibility efforts. It is not a warranty that every page or feature meets every standard at all times, and it does not create legal rights or obligations beyond those already required by applicable law. We keep this statement, and our accessibility practices, under regular review.
